Courageous Kids Climbing offers free ice-skating event for individuals with special needs

McCall, Idaho - Courageous Kids Climbing, a McCall-based nonprofit organization, is excited to announce a forthcoming ice-skating event catered specifically to individuals with disabilities or special needs. The event is scheduled to take place in Lewiston, Idaho, and promises a heartwarming experience for participants and volunteers alike.

Event Details:

Date: Sunday, December 10

Time: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Location: LC Ice Arena, 1521 N 6th Ave #111, Lewiston, ID 83501

This inclusive event invites people with various conditions, including physical or intellectual disabilities, visual impairment, hearing impairment, traumatic brain injury, cancer survivors, and burn survivors, to come together and enjoy a day of ice-skating. Participants are not required to skate; they are welcome to simply join in the fun and camaraderie.

In addition to this event, Courageous Kids Climbing is also planning a second ice-skating opportunity in Cheney, Washington, in collaboration with the Eastern Washington University men's ice hockey club. Volunteers Needed:

Courageous Kids Climbing is seeking enthusiastic volunteers who can assist in getting participants into their skates and provide support as they skate.
